It is a manor house from the twenties renovated in a modern and practical style but keeping its original charm!
Of about 410 square metres with a large garden (2000 square metres) in the oldest and most charming residential area of Camprodon.
About 200 metres from the centre of the village and at the same time on the outskirts, at the gates of the "Parque Natural de las Cabeceras del Ter y Freser", close to the ski slopes Vallter 2000 (15 min) and Setcases as well as about 15 km from the French border!
We rent the whole house with its private garden and the whole plot in one key!
We also organise/book on request "paellada" on the terrace as well as all kinds of collateral activities such as hiking, mountaineering, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, wildlife guiding, etc.

The house has 2 large living-dining rooms, two kitchens, 2 fires, one wood-burning and one pellet-burning with remote control, 4 bathrooms, all equally distributed on two floors, 6 modular double, twin, triple or 4-bed rooms on request, Smart TV and 1 TV with all the football, free Wi-Fi fibre, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto with a variety of capsules included, washing machine and dryer, independent heating on each floor, etc.
Outside we have a swimming pool, 2 barbecues, chill-out porch with fridge, sofas, swings, mobile gas ironing board, outdoor terrace and a small additional terrace, laundry room, etc. (propane gas bottles, firewood and pellets included).
Our services include two towels per person (large and small) and complete bed linen with duvet included.

• Check-in is from 18.00h and check-out is from 13.00h at the latest.  

• Pets are allowed (cost: 12€ per pet per night). Please let us know in advance. The maximum number of pets allowed is two dogs.

• A deposit of 400€ will be applied to each stay, which will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking. In case of damage, theft or non-compliance with the rules, the amount equivalent to the damage/theft caused will be deducted, being €400 the maximum amount deductible.
